• Customers with disabilities, health conditions, pregnant customers, service animal users, or those requiring special consideration must inform us when making a reservation. We will accommodate these requests to the best of our ability. Any costs incurred for special measures taken at your request will be borne by you.

About Reservations:

• Reservations are accepted only through the reservation form on this website.
• Reservations are confirmed upon our sending of a reservation confirmation email.
• To change or cancel a reservation, please contact us using the information provided in your reservation confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations 7 days or more prior to the reservation date: Full refund
• Cancellations 3 days prior to the reservation date: 50% refund
• Cancellations 2 days or less prior to the reservation date: No refund

Disclaimer:

• Excursion details may be altered or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic conditions.
• No refunds will be given for delays or early departures due to the customer’s personal reasons.
• We are not responsible for any accidents or damages caused by the customer’s willful misconduct or negligence.
• Please manage your valuables yourself. We are not responsible for any loss or theft.

• Please keep photography and video recording during the excursion to an extent that does not bother other participants.

• We strongly recommend purchasing overseas travel insurance to prepare for illness, accidents, or theft during your travels.
